Reclamação a BBC
Dear BBC,
It is completely unacceptable that the TV presenter of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 Semi-Final 1 presented the Portuguese Act as “Here comes the Mental People”.
This is a clear insult to the Portuguese artists. And I would say to Portuguese people as well. They are in fact a comic act BUT they are artists as any other contestant is and they deserve the same respect.
This was a very sad comment that had negative impact on the votes and I suggest that BBC should formally apology for the offense.
I will send a copy of this complaint to the Portuguese artists to let them know that I submitted this complaint to BBC.
